This app is your personal trainer! Hit the gym with your fitness camera!
To get faster results train smart and make sure you are true to form. Use Instant Replay to perfect your performance. Select delay time, do your exercise and watch the automatic replay! No need to rewind or touch the device, the video will play instantly. You can also choose delay time by tapping on the screen when beginning and ending the task.
For quicker actions (lasting about 3 seconds), like basketball shooting, golf swing, acrobatics or martial arts actions use Slow-Motion Mode. Press SLO, do your action and watch the instant replay in slow-motion. Get ready for the next repetition when countdown appears. You can adjust slow motion speed with slider.
With Grid Mode you can add movement detecting lines on top of camera view. To change the number of columns/rows go to settings. Use a pencil button to open edit mode and slide the lines or adjust the movement detector’s sensitivity.
Choose between 4 different Video Recording Modes available in settings:
* Continuous Mode - when you press "REC" it will start recording and will continue until you press "STOP"
* Short Clips Mode (working only in SLO Mode ) - when you press "REC" it records each slow-motion take as a new video.
* Buffered - records camera frames that are already in the buffer. Never miss the action!
* Buffered Live - the same as “Buffered” but shows real-time camera feed instead of the delayed view.
Coaches and Physical Education Teachers - use Video Delay Instant Replay with a TV screen (screen mirroring). Analyze your students moves using video feedback.

In normal mode use slider to zoom in if watching your action from distance.
You can set as long camera delay time as your device memory allows you (yoga, TRX, gym or physiotherapy). Lower your camera resolution in settings in case you need longer delay time. Don't forget to enable your camera or let this app to use your device camera!

Added "half delay mode" (available in settings) which lets you see the actions and when you open up "Freeze view" you will be still able to review or save those actions.
