Fast PDF is a professional scanner and PDF workflow tool for iPhone and iPad. It is built for quickly turning paper, receipts, forms, IDs, and reference pages into clean PDFs without accounts, tracking, or cloud processing.
Fast PDF now includes a Review & Save preflight checklist so you can catch common export problems before the file is created. It checks page count, filename cleanup, destination, OCR, estimated file size, tag, and paper size so every PDF is easier to search, share, and file.

- Build multi-page PDFs and review, rotate, reorder, or remove pages before saving
- Run a preflight checklist before export
- Choose Auto, Color, Grayscale, or high-contrast Black & White output
- Choose Compact, Balanced, or High quality with estimated file size
- Fit large scans for common email attachment targets
- Make PDFs searchable with on-device OCR
- Copy recognized text from a scan before saving
- Use Rapid Capture to keep the camera open and save pages fast
- Save directly to a Fast PDF folder or choose a Files destination each time
- Tag documents for personal filing
- Search recent saves and filter by tag
- Merge saved PDFs on-device with PDFKit

Privacy unchanged: scanning, OCR, PDF creation, merge, tags, and preflight all run locally on the device.
