如题，该环境下，软件打开感觉各种卡，新建一个项目或脚本都是很卡的感觉，好不容易那成一个就白屏，怎么也打不开，重启后总算可以打开，但将代码一粘贴，又完了。
根本运行不了，这还是简单的代码，工程文件不知道要怎么用了。

没法安装pytorch
最近正好学校要用pytorch，不打算开电脑了就打算来pyto应付作业，结果一点击安装pytorch就弹出一个空sheet，一点动静也没有，还关不掉，等了很久也没有啥动静，最后只好用电脑
所以麻烦修复一下这个bug（可能也没法安装其他模块，但是暂时用不到，所以没有试过）
